We love sharing the rich history of Flamborough. In honour of Heritage Week, we'll be hosting a virtual trivia night using the Kahoot! platform. On Sunday, February 20th at 8:00PM, participants compete for bragging rights and share a night of fun. We encourage those that participate to donate what they can - all donations are welcome. These donations go towards the Flamborough Heritage Society and our work in preserving and sharing local history. You will need two devices to play: one to join the Zoom meeting and see the game screen, and another to answer the questions and use as a buzzer. Each household can use the same screen to watch and read questions, but each individual participant can use their own “buzzer” device (phone or tablet). Instructions will be given at the beginning of the game. Pre-registration for the Zoom meeting will be posted closer to the event, and you will be sent a Zoom link to join. The event is limited to 50 participants. Please have the Kahoot app downloaded to your buzzer device(s) prior to the event. The waiting room opens at 7:45PM, the quiz starts promptly at 8:00PM.
